Support the application of science and technology to enhance economic empowerment for ethnic minority women

On the morning of August 12, the Binh Dinh Provincial Women's Union held the opening ceremony of a training conference to guide the identification and implementation process of activities to support the application of science and technology to enhance economic empowerment for ethnic minority women in Hoai An and An Lao districts.

The training course was attended by 52 women who are members of livelihood groups/teams: Women's economic development association groups, cooperatives, and cooperatives with women as owners or co-owners. The training course will take place over 2 days, August 12-13, 2024.

The content of the training conference includes: Procedures for implementing activities to support the application of science and technology; Identifying and classifying groups/teams/cooperatives suitable for applying science and technology; Applying 6 contents to support the application of science and technology.

According to the plan of the Standing Committee of the Women's Union of Binh Dinh province, after this training course, it will continue to open training courses for members of the livelihood group/team model in Tay Son, Van Canh, and Vinh Thanh districts.
