Along the roads of National Highway 4C, Highway 34, DT176... rice flowers have bloomed brilliantly to decorate the landscape of Ha Giang, both making tourists excited and making people feel peaceful.
Rice flowers in Ha Giang grow naturally. They are scattered along the roadside, hanging on cliffs or lined up neatly by the river.
This flower is strange, not a single green leaf is seen. On the rustic tree branches, rice flowers bloom bright red like the flames on a giant candlestick.
In the cool weather of Ha Giang in late spring, there is nothing more poetic than "riding" on a motorbike, inhaling the fresh air, enjoying every cool breeze.
Known as one of the most beautiful roads in Ha Giang, the section of DT176 from Du Gia to Mau Due is also the place with the most rice flowers. From the high pass, visitors can freely see the peaceful scenery below the valley with rice fields and undulating villages.
If you come to Ha Giang with a heavy soul, each route will help relieve your worries.
Returning to Ha Giang after four years since first coming to this beautiful land, Ms. Thanh Thao still retains her emotions with each stone and road.
“After graduating, I felt like I was caught up in a chaotic whirlwind of work and relationships, which sometimes made me feel disorganized.
But this trip to Ha Giang has helped me have more positive energy. For me, Ha Giang is still as beautiful and majestic as the first time I came. I really like the color of rice flowers on the roads in Du Gia (Yen Minh district), Vi Xuyen, this flower brings a feeling of peace and love like in the place where I was born", Ms. Thao shared.
Choosing Ha Giang as the place to take his graduation photos, senior photography student Pham Viet Cuong couldn't help but be impressed with the brilliant flower season this March.
“Down below, I only see one or two rice plants at the beginning of the village, but in Ha Giang it's different. I went along the Gam River and then through Bac Me, Meo Vac, and Dong Van. Wherever I go, I see rice flowers, trees in buds, and trees in full bloom.
The row of rice flowers on the Nho Que river is the place I find most impressive, because the red and orange colors of the flowers stand out against the emerald green water of Nho Que, creating an extremely peaceful and poetic scene," Cuong confided.
