The book, with nearly 400 large pages, more than 600 images and drawings, is like an experiential journey for readers to explore the portrait, life and career of the late painter Trinh Huu Ngoc.

Living, traveling, contemplating and painting, his journey is tireless and relentless to reach the peak of Zen painting.

From the flow of time and the ups and downs of life, the cultural and social context, the author has depicted the temperament, progress in ideology and intelligence of the late painter Trinh Huu Ngoc during a period when the country had many changes.

In addition, artist Trinh Lu also highlighted Mr. Ngoc's contributions to his homeland during the period from war to social reform, despite the difficulties and challenges in his personal life and career.

Trained in painting at the Indochina College of Fine Arts, Trinh Huu Ngoc has applied his knowledge and personal creativity to his painting and research.

Readers will see that his career is closely linked to applied arts, helping to enrich people's practical lives with ideas and contributions from Vietnamese talent.

The career of the late painter Trinh Huu Ngoc was especially guided throughout by the ideology of truth - goodness - beauty, which is typified by the practice of "eyes looking, hands drawing" painting meditation.

"The very act of carving tables and chairs to produce the products is worthy of his reputation as a talented person. The name of Mr. Trinh Huu Ngoc, owner of the Memo carpentry workshop specializing in producing new-style tables and chairs, is known to everyone. Personally, I praise him to be a king," commented researcher Nguyen Ba Dam.

Painter Trinh Lu, 75 years old, real name Trinh Huu Tuan, inherited his love for painting from the late painters Trinh Huu Ngoc and Nguyen Thi Khang.

He has had a chance to do many jobs such as drawing, writing, translating, and consulting on development communications, and has achieved great success in all of them. But for Trinh Lu, drawing is like the breath of life in his own family.

He always mentioned his father as a great teacher, who influenced his children and grandchildren in the family from their way of life, career choices and even artistic thinking.

On the occasion of its release, and especially on the anniversary of the death of the late painter Trinh Huu Ngoc, Omega Plus organized a discussion and introduced the book "Painter Trinh Huu Ngoc - Special Heritage of Indochina Fine Arts".
