Hoang Bach sings 'Vietnamese Heart Words' to show gratitude to the country

The MV "Loi Trai Tim Viet Nam" was officially released on Hoang Bach's YouTube channel on the evening of April 11, opening with the simple narrative lines of a person living in a peaceful country:

"Can you hear the song / Echoing forever in your chest / Every morning you wake up / You can see your peaceful homeland".

Hoang Bach said he wanted to make a music product "written from the heart and touching the heart".

Love song for the Fatherland

Vietnamese Heart Words was written by Hoang Bach from memory, gratitude, and nameless love for his homeland.

"I believe every artist has a message from their heart that they want to send to their country. I want to contribute a little bit of my heart to that national harmony," he said.

The song is narrative, simple but no less proud and majestic thanks to the soaring, open arrangement of Duy Son and SlimV.

"Not only for those living in the S-shaped strip of land, the song is also a confession, a warm voice of those far away who always turn towards their homeland," the artist said.

Listening to the song, I can't help but think of beautiful memories of my hometown. There is my mother's lullaby, my father's words, my hometown meals...

Duy Son said Vietnamese Heart Words is like a love song, but a love song for the country. He chose Epiano as the main theme because of its warmth, just as Hoang Bach wanted.

"The choir and orchestra are included in the arrangement, creating a whole that is both gentle and emotional, making the song a distinct highlight in the genre of music about the homeland," he said.

Filmed in many places such as Vinh Hy (Ninh Thuan), Hoi An, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City... and even on large stages, the MV depicts a vibrant Vietnam, both traditional and modern, peaceful but always striving.

The MV also uses historical documents such as the moment of reunion on Liberation Day, images of naval soldiers, achievements in sports, science and technology, aviation and international integration. All create a very "Vietnamese" flow of memories.

The highlight of the MV is the scene of Hoang Bach singing in the sunset, under the red flag with yellow star, singing with the orchestra, becoming a moment that MV director Vu Hong Thang calls "where music and artist become one".

Continuing the community music journey

MV Loi Trai Tim Viet Nam is the first product in Hoang Bach's EP of the same name, including 3 songs that will be released this year.

The next two songs revealed are Welcome to Vietnam and Vietnamese Smile, with a more modern, positive and widespread color, aiming to inspire the younger generation and international friends.

The EP was directed by Hoang Bach, co-produced by SlimV and Duy Son.
