Party Cell Secretary, Head of Village 3 Dieu K'Dot (Phuoc Cat 2 Commune, Da Huoai District) is always loved and admired by the villagers for his positive actions that have changed the lives of the villagers.

Village 3 has 46 households and 190 people (mostly Stieng people) living in the core area of Cat Tien National Park. Previously, people lived a nomadic lifestyle. Since 1994, the Party and State have arranged for them to settle down and their lives have gradually become more settled. Thanks to active economic development, the village now has no poor households, most of them are well-off and prosperous.

Party Cell Secretary, Head of Village 3 Dieu K'Dot said: "As Party Cell Secretary, Village Head, I always promote my role, mobilizing people to strive to grow crops, raise livestock, strictly comply with the Party's policies and guidelines, and the State's laws. Currently, the main crop of the village is cashew, some old areas with low productivity have been converted to grow durian, grafted cashew, and coffee. Along with that, each household is assigned to manage about 30 hectares of forest, bringing in income to cover daily life."

During his duties, Mr. Dieu K'Dot always upholds the role and responsibility of the leader, is enthusiastic and dedicated to his work, and spends time with each family to listen and understand the thoughts and aspirations of the people. For him, being dedicated to the Party and serving the People is a desire and pride. Thanks to that, over the years, he has worked with the Party Committee and the government to mobilize the People to build many achievements, gradually developing Village 3 in all aspects. In 2024, the village was honored to be recognized by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province as a Model Residential Area.

In particular, Mr. Dieu K'Dot donated 250 m2 of land to build works such as: wells, water tanks, pumping systems to provide clean water for people. Before this work, people used natural water connected from streams, during flood season the water was muddy, not safe for health. From the pioneering land donation of Mr. Dieu K'Dot, everyone is happy because clean water is no longer a concern.

Coming to Village 3 today, a prosperous life under the forest canopy, houses are built spaciously; village roads, hamlets are bright - green - clean - beautiful; the national flag flies during holidays and Tet. To have today, the people here are always grateful to the Party, the State and the Secretary, Village Chief Dieu K'Dot for his wholehearted devotion to the people.

As Chairwoman of the Women's Union of Bao Loc City, Ms. Nguyen Bui Thi Minh Hien has always been a pioneer and exemplary person with many important contributions to the work of the Union and the local women's movement.

Over the years, Ms. Hien and the Women's Union of Bao Loc City have always linked the "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style" with promoting emulation movements and tasks of the Union. From there, Ms. Hien has linked studying and following Uncle Ho with the style of the Union's cadres "Being able to walk, speak, write and do" to listen to women speak, speak for women to understand and do for women to follow. The City Women's Union has proactively built content associated with Uncle Ho's ethical standards for cadres and members to study and follow.

The City Women's Union has organized for its cadres and members to register to implement Ho Chi Minh's moral standards, through the creation of the "Learning from Uncle Ho every week" column. Cadres and members regularly post Uncle Ho's teachings on the zalo and facebook pages of the Union and on their personal pages. Thereby, contributing to preventing and repelling the degradation of political ideology, morality, lifestyle, and manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" among female cadres and members.

From studying and following Uncle Ho, the City Women's Union and all levels of the Union have focused on mobilizing resources to support and care for women in difficult circumstances. Over the past 5 years, through resources, the City Women's Union has repaired and built 21 new shelters for women in difficult circumstances, with a total value of nearly 850 million VND; presented 30 sanitation facilities, 95 livelihoods, 109 clean houses and clean kitchens, 347 Le Thi Pha scholarships, 32 bicycles and implemented the program "Accompanying ethnic minority women", with a total cost of more than 1.3 billion VND, contributing to helping 179 households headed by women escape poverty.

Under the leadership of Ms. Hien, the Women's Union of Bao Loc City and all levels of the Union have built many good and effective models such as: Ready Women's Group, Volunteer Day for the Community, 13 projects to overcome difficulties and build civilized streets; at the same time, connecting and mobilizing more than 2 billion VND in funding and thousands of working days to contribute to beautifying the landscape and environment; promoting the images of the homeland and people of Bao Loc to domestic and international friends.

With important contributions to the work of the Women's Union and the Women's Movement, for 4 consecutive years (2021 - 2024), Ms. Hien is a Party member who has excellently completed her tasks; at the same time, she achieved the title of Provincial Emulation Fighter in 2024. Bao Loc City Women's Union and Ms. Hien personally were also honored to receive many certificates of merit from the Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Labor Federation, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Central Vietnam Women's Union.

Learning and following Uncle Ho is the motivation in studying and training.

Not only achieving many achievements in studying, student Nguyen Van Bao Nhan - Grade 12 Math, Thang Long High School for the Gifted - Da Lat also continuously participated and won prizes in competitions about Uncle Ho for many years. For him, "learning and following Uncle Ho has become a great source of motivation in studying and training to become a useful person for the country".

According to the Board of Directors of Thang Long High School for the Gifted - Da Lat, Nguyen Van Bao Nhan is a "both red and specialized" student, always striving persistently and achieving many remarkable achievements not only in studying but also in movement activities. He was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Minister of Education and Training with the title of Second Prize Winner in Biology in the National High School Excellent Student Competition in the 2023, 2024, 2025 school years; won a Gold Medal in Biology in the Traditional Olympic Competition on April 30 in 2023, 2024. Along with that are many certificates of merit and certificates from all levels awarded for the title of excellent student at the provincial level in Mathematics, Biology and in the Provincial Science and Technology Competition for high school students, Lam Dong Provincial Youth Informatics Competition, Excellent Honor Student of the whole school...

Along with his efforts in studying, Bao Nhan also actively participated in competitions to learn about Uncle Ho. In grade 7, Bao Nhan participated for the first time in the competition "Uncle Ho with children - Children with Uncle Ho" organized by the Central Youth Union for Vietnamese young people and children and entered the final round. In grade 8, he participated in the national online competition "Youth studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style" and entered the final round. The contest seemed to have an attraction for Bao Nhan, he continued to participate when he was in grade 9 and won the fourth prize, then in 2022 he won the third prize when he was in grade 10, and in 2023 he won the fourth prize when he was in grade 11. "Participating in contests about Uncle Ho, I have, am and will continue to apply Uncle Ho's ideology, morality and style to my life and study to improve myself, cultivate my qualities, morality and lifestyle to become a good citizen, and be able to contribute a small part to the cause of building, developing and protecting the Fatherland", Bao Nhan shared.

Not only that, Bao Nhan also won the C prize in the first Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee's Political Contest on Protecting the Ideological Foundation in 2024.
