“Every day is better than yesterday” - that is no longer a slogan, but a commitment to action of each cadre in the entire Party Committee. The Party Committee of VNPT Lam Dong has advocated making learning and following Uncle Ho a regular political activity in 13 affiliated Party cells. Each Party member is assigned to research documents, tell stories about Uncle Ho, and associate them with the practical tasks of their unit. Each thematic activity, each personal self-criticism... clearly reflects the journey of self-reflection, self-correction, and self-improvement...
Not only stopping at propaganda, the Party Committee of VNPT Lam Dong also established a Steering Committee, built regulations, specific action programs, linked the content of following Uncle Ho with the emulation criteria and year-end evaluation... in a substantial, non-formal way. After 10 years of implementing Directive 05, the entire Party Committee of VNPT Lam Dong, with 208 party members/382 employees, has 800 initiatives at the provincial Telecommunications and Business Center levels, 15 industry-level initiatives, and many topics have been effectively applied in practice...

• INNOVATION IS “DOING IT” AT A NEW LEVEL
“VNPT Innovation Day” has become a symbol of the crystallization of intelligence and the spirit of learning from Uncle Ho, where initiatives, big or small, aim to serve customers, improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity. In the period of 2016 - 2025, 3 groups and 31 outstanding individuals were recognized by the Party Committee of the Enterprise Bloc, not only for their professional capacity, but more importantly, they have become role models spreading moral values and a simple lifestyle, close to the people, dedicated, responsible...
The Party Committee also seriously acknowledged the shortcomings, encouraged cadres, party members, and workers to invest properly in studying theory, be proactive in self-training, improve professional qualifications, learn and accumulate experience... The Party Committee also determined that, in the context of strong transformation of the telecommunications industry and increasingly fierce digital competition, "learning and following Uncle Ho" is not only about personal ethics, but also a strategy for sustainable organizational development...
To achieve the above goal, the Party Committee of VNPT Lam Dong has set out a specific direction, even during the COVID-19 pandemic, which is to combine the content of learning from Uncle Ho with breakthroughs in business, increasing labor productivity, fighting corruption, and maintaining credibility with customers; strengthen propaganda and mobilize cadres, party members and workers to participate in creating and promoting literary, artistic and journalistic works on the theme "Studying and following the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh"; at the same time, assign the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee to periodically inspect the implementation of Directive 05 at Party cells; take the results of implementing the Directive as a criterion for year-end emulation...
• “WORDING GOES WITH DEEDS” - CREATING STRENGTH FROM BELIEF AND NEW THINKING
From awareness to action, from policy to people, VNPT Lam Dong is gradually turning Ho Chi Minh's moral ideals and style into strong spiritual energy in each cadre and each activity; setting an example of "good people, good deeds", typical collectives and individuals in studying and following Uncle Ho; criticizing and correcting distorted perceptions, words that do not match actions, formalism, dishonest reporting; fighting against wrong and distorted views of hostile, reactionary and opportunistic forces...
Entering a new era with the country - the era of national development, with the spirit of solidarity, innovation, creativity and breakthrough, the Party Committee of VNPT Lam Dong clearly defines the strategic direction, specific, practical and aspirational tasks, which is to continue to maintain the core and pioneering role in digital transformation in the locality, proactively promote internal strength, excellently complete political tasks, improve the lives of workers, build a strong Party organization and unions...
In every thought, every daily action of each individual, in every assigned position, we strive to serve the People so that today must be better than yesterday. Learning from Uncle Ho is not a big deal. It is the way we live more decently every day! That thought, simple but profound, is proof of the success of a movement that has not only been reported... but has actually been absorbed and followed by the cadres and workers at VNPT Lam Dong.
