Naval Academy: Seminar on Military Art topic outline at Ministry of National Defense level

On the afternoon of May 28, the Naval Academy organized a workshop on the outline of the Military Art topic at the Ministry of National Defense level. Rear Admiral, Professor, Dr. Nguyen Van Lam - Director of the Naval Academy chaired the workshop.

At the workshop, the scientists ' presentations highly appreciated the initiative and positivity of the Project Management Board; at the same time, they discussed and contributed many important opinions, focusing on analyzing and clarifying the rationality of the structure, layout, and main content that needs to be addressed in the project. This is an important basis for the Project Management Board to absorb, supplement, and complete the missing content.

Concluding the workshop, Rear Admiral Nguyen Van Lam acknowledged the dedicated contributions of delegates, experts, and scientists inside and outside the academy; at the same time, oriented the main contents for the research process in the coming time to ensure progress and good quality.
