Naval Academy visits and gives gifts to sponsored fishermen's children

On the afternoon of August 27, a delegation of the Naval Academy led by Colonel Pham Duc Hung - Deputy Political Commissar of the Academy visited and presented gifts to the families of fishermen sponsored by the unit on the occasion of preparing to enter the new school year 2025 - 2026.

The delegation gave gifts to Nguyen Thanh Phuc.

Since 2023, the Naval Academy has sponsored two fishermen's children, including: Doan Bui Uyen Phuong (born in 2014, orphaned, currently living with her grandparents in Nam Nha Trang ward, her family is poor; Nguyen Thanh Phuc (born in 2008), mother is blind in both eyes, father left when she was young, mother and child live with grandparents in Nha Trang ward, family is poor.

The delegation gave gifts to Doan Bui Uyen Phuong.

The delegation visited and encouraged the family and the two children to try to overcome difficulties and improve their lives; presented school bags, books, school supplies and cash with a total value of 2 million VND/child.
