(LĐ online) - On the afternoon of August 22, the Army Academy held a conference to review the implementation of the motto "The quality of training of the school is the combat readiness of the unit", period 2021 - 2024". Major General Do Minh Xuong - Director of the Army Academy chaired the conference.

Over the past three years, the Party Committee and Board of Directors of the Army Academy have effectively led and directed the implementation of this motto, focusing on the work of thoroughly raising awareness and responsibility of the forces; at the same time, implementing it in accordance with the reality, conditions, functions and tasks of the Academy. The Academy has focused on implementing well the three essential contents: "Substantial teaching, substantial learning, substantial assessment" and three breakthrough contents: "Best teaching quality; strictest management and training; highest scientific research training results".

In addition, the Academy has also proactively conducted surveys at units throughout the army; built new, updated, adjusted, and supplemented training programs for trainees to meet output standards, close to combat training practices at the base units. Over the past years, the Academy has developed 38 new training programs, adjusted 37 detailed programs of subjects, aiming at standardization, modernization, and ensuring connectivity between training levels.

In addition, the Academy also focuses on building and improving the quality of the teaching staff andeducational management staff, in order to meet the increasingly high requirements of the task. The training process has well implemented the viewpoint of linking theory with practice, school with unit; combining knowledge and thinking capacity training with practical capacity training; focusing on imparting combat experience, combat training and traditional education to learners.
Research, summarize practices, compile textbooks and documents to serve well the educational and training tasks; affirm and maintain the position, prestige and training quality of the Army Academy.

At the conference, delegates presented papers and contributed many solutions to improve the quality of implementing the motto "The training quality of the School is the combat readiness of the unit".
On this occasion, the Army Academy awarded Certificates of Merit to 6 groups and 6 individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing the motto "The training quality of the school is the combat readiness of the unit".
