Bac Gia Nghia Ward announces decision on organization and personnel work

On July 2, 2025, the Party Committee of Bac Gia Nghia Ward, Lam Dong Province solemnly held the Ceremony to Announce Decisions on Organization and Personnel Work.

At the ceremony, the Party Committee of Bac Gia Nghia Ward awarded decisions on personnel work to leaders of advisory and support agencies of the Party Committee; the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward and the committees of the People's Council of the ward, specialized agencies and units under the People's Committee of the ward.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Van Tuan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Bac Gia Nghia Ward, suggested that in their new positions, each cadre and civil servant should quickly get to work, approach and grasp the situation at the grassroots level, unite with the collective, promote collective intelligence, listen to people's opinions, maintain moral qualities, and be exemplary in words and actions. At the same time, be proactive and creative in managing and implementing assigned tasks, especially the current key tasks of the locality....

Announcing the organization and personnel work is an important step to perfect the staff to meet the development requirements in the new period.

Previously, the People's Council of Bac Gia Nghia Ward held the 1st Session, Term I, 2021 - 2026. This is the first session after the merger of administrative units, aiming to perfect the local government apparatus. At the session, the People's Council of the ward announced a resolution on the appointment of the positions of Chairman, Vice Chairman, Head of the People's Council Committees; Chairman, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of the ward; resolution approving the personnel of the deputy heads of the People's Council Committees; appointing members of the People's Committee of the ward for the 2021 - 2026 term.

The meeting also unanimously approved the proposal on the establishment of the Economic - Budget Committee, the Cultural - Social Committee of the Ward People's Council; the establishment of a specialized agency under the Ward People's Committee and the draft Resolution on socio-economic development tasks, national defense and security in the last 6 months of 2025...
