On the morning of November 10, at the 10th Session, the 15th National Assembly voted to pass the Resolution to elect the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court.

After being elected by the National Assembly to hold the position of Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court for the 2021-2026 term, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Nguyen Van Quang performed the oath of office ceremony according to the provisions of the Constitution.
