The National Assembly Chairman signs and issues National Assembly Resolutions on personnel work.

On November 10, right after the National Assembly elected the Vice Chairman of the National Assembly and Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man signed and issued three National Assembly Resolutions on personnel work.

Specifically, in Resolution No. 241/2025/QH15, the National Assembly resolved to elect Mr. Do Van Chien, Politburo member, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the National Assembly Party Committee, and delegate of the 15th National Assembly to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the 15th National Assembly.

In Resolution No. 242/2025/QH15, the National Assembly resolved to elect Mr. Nguyen Van Quang, member of the Party Central Committee, to hold the position of Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam for the 2021-2026 term.

In Resolution No. 243/2025/QH15, the National Assembly resolved to: approve the proposal of the Chairman of the National Election Council on the position of Permanent Vice Chairman of the National Election Council and Head of the Personnel Subcommittee for Mr. Do Van Chien, Politburo member, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly; approve the proposal of the Chairman of the National Election Council on the position of Vice Chairman of the National Election Council for Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

The National Assembly also approved the proposal of the Chairman of the National Election Council on members of the National Election Council for: Mr. Trinh Van Quyet, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Education Commission; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly; Mr. Tran Sy Thanh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Inspection Commission.

The Resolutions take effect from the date of approval by the National Assembly on November 10, 2025.
