Week 4, 10th session, 15th National Assembly: Reviewing and approving resolutions to shape development policies for 2026

Today, November 10, the National Assembly continues the agenda of the 4th week, the 10th session, focusing on legislative work. Accordingly, the National Assembly is expected to pass particularly important resolutions, shaping development policies for the coming year, including: Resolution on the socio-economic development plan for 2026; Resolution on the state budget estimate for 2026; Resolution on the central budget allocation plan for 2026.

In addition, the National Assembly listened to presentations and discussed in groups and halls about the following projects: Population Law; Disease Prevention Law; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Citizen Reception; Law on Complaints; Law on Denunciation; Law on Drug Prevention and Control (amended).

Important draft resolutions that have a profound impact on the whole society will also be considered and discussed by the National Assembly, including: Resolution of the National Assembly on specific mechanisms and policies to implement Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in education and training development; Resolution of the National Assembly on mechanisms and policies to effectively implement Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW dated September 9, 2025 of the Politburo on a number of breakthrough solutions to strengthen the protection, care and improvement of people's health along with investment policies for national target programs.

In this week's agenda, the National Assembly also considered the following projects: Law on Specialized Courts at the International Financial Center; Law on Investment (amended); Law on E-commerce; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Prices; Law on Construction (amended)...
