On the morning of November 10, the People's Committee of Mui Ne Ward ( Lam Dong Province) coordinated with relevant units to mobilize about 200 people and many vehicles to enforce the seizure of a land area of about 66,000 square meters illegally occupied by people in the scenic area of Mui Ne flying sand dunes (Ward 15, Mui Ne Ward).
Specifically, the authorities have enforced and forced the implementation of remedial measures against Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu T. and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy T. (both residing in Lam Dong province), according to Decisions No. 1174/QD-CCXP and 1175/QD-CCXP issued by the Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province (formerly) on June 20, 2025. The enforcement process is expected to take place in 3 days, from November 10 to 12, 2025.
On the first day of enforcement, the authorities uprooted crops and dismantled many illegal constructions on the land, including: restaurants, houses, swimming pools, warehouses... After clearing the illegal constructions, the encroached land area will be handed over to the People's Committee of Mui Ne Ward for management.

From December 2022 to present, SGGP Newspaper has continuously reported on the fact that more than 73,000 square meters of land in the area bordering the famous Mui Ne sand dunes were illegally encroached upon and transferred by 3 subjects, blatantly building a series of solid structures.

After consolidating the dossier, on October 16, 2025, Mui Ne Ward People's Committee organized enforcement, restoring the original state of nearly 7,500m2 encroached by Mr. Lai Thien P. The remaining area of more than 66,000m2 is being enforced.
