Today, November 10, Samsung Vietnam celebrates 30 years of operation in Vietnam, marking a three-decade journey of attachment, development and accompanying the country on the path of innovation, towards smart living and a sustainable future.

Since its first milestone in 1995 with the TV factory in Vietnam, Samsung has continuously expanded its scale and affirmed its position as a leading enterprise in the technology field. Up to now, the group has operated 6 modern factories with offices in charge of sales and marketing activities nationwide, contributing to job creation, promoting exports, and making important contributions to the socio- economic growth of Vietnam.

Over the past three decades, Samsung has not only been the largest FDI investor in Vietnam with a total capital of 23.2 billion USD by the end of 2024, but also a trusted companion of millions of Vietnamese families on the journey to improve the quality of life.

In 2022, Samsung inaugurated the largest Research and Development (R&D) Center in Southeast Asia in Hanoi , demonstrating its commitment to long-term investment and strategy of developing technology talent right in Vietnam.
