LG DD coin type industrial laundry solution for trade and services

LG Electronics Vietnam has launched the LG DD coin type 13kg industrial washing machine and 10.2kg industrial dryer running on electricity or gas with a specialized stacking design, providing optimal washing and drying solutions for laundry or accommodation service business models.

The pair of devices are equipped with Inverter Direct Drive direct drive motors that reduce intermediate parts, limit wear and tear, ensure stable operation and long life. In commercial environments with high frequency of use, this technology helps reduce maintenance and repair costs and limit interruptions in operating time.

The washing machine has a 10-degree tilted drum and a double spray system, which optimizes the amount of water, shortens the washing time while still ensuring outstanding cleaning efficiency. The gyro balance system reduces vibration and noise, allowing the machine to operate stably even in limited spaces. In addition, the automatic dosing system accurately distributes the amount of detergent and fabric softener, ensuring consistent washing quality, saving materials and reducing environmental impact.

Perfectly combined with washing machines, dryers using gas heat source provide fast heating ability, shorten drying time and reduce operating energy costs. The intelligent temperature and humidity sensor system automatically adjusts drying time to suit the material and weight of each wash, helping to dry evenly, reduce wrinkles, protect fabric fibers and save energy.

Both models incorporate LG Smart Solution, which enables remote monitoring of equipment status, cycle tracking, fault detection and performance management. This allows operators to control operations efficiently and maintain stable service quality, even when operating multiple devices at the same time.
