On the journey of building and developing the country, traditional medicine - the crystallization of the nation's thousand-year-old quintessence - has always held a special position, accompanying the Vietnamese people throughout history, becoming an indispensable part of the country's healthcare system.
Traditional Vietnamese medicine is not just simple remedies and treatment methods, but a system of scientific knowledge, including cultural quintessence, ethical values and a deep connection between humans and nature.
The exhibition 'Images of Time - the Quintessence of Vietnamese Traditional Medicine and Pharmacy' is an opportunity for us to look back at the development of our country's traditional medicine, important milestones, treatment methods, and prescriptions that generations of doctors have painstakingly researched, created, applied, and passed down to this day.

Vietnam Academy of Traditional Medicine is currently the leading university in the field of traditional medicine health sciences, playing an important role in training high-quality medical human resources for the health system of Vietnam and the region. The Academy is implementing 3 postgraduate training majors including: Traditional Medicine, Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine - Pharmacy.
In order to meet practical requirements and improve training quality, the Academy constantly innovates its curriculum, proactively conducts quality assessment according to domestic standards and expands many new training codes such as: Level I specialties in the following majors: Surgery, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Diagnostic Imaging; Master's degree in application and research orientation in the field of Medicinal Materials - Traditional Medicine.
These industry codes are being submitted to the Ministry of Education and Training and the Ministry of Health for approval, in order to better serve the needs of learning, research and development of high-quality medical human resources in the new era.
