Hoi An admits 16 students into the Party.

To ensure the effective implementation of party membership recruitment and to strive to achieve the target of recruiting 110 party members in 2024, the Standing Committee of the Hoi An City Party Committee has requested continued enhancement of the responsibility of Party committees and leaders at all levels regarding party member development, creating conditions for the masses to be motivated and voluntarily join the Party.

Party committees should focus on reviewing existing mass sources, compiling lists of outstanding individuals to attend political training courses for Party membership, and creating a pool of potential candidates. At the same time, they should facilitate the introduction of students who are prospective Party members upon graduation, so that the Party organizations at their respective locations can continue to monitor and consider their potential admission.

The city's Youth Union and other associations are stepping up their efforts to promote and encourage members to actively study, train, and participate in emulation movements; and to build healthy, vibrant, and practical programs and playgrounds for members to participate in.

Through this process, positive individuals are identified and selected for training and recommendation for Party membership. Each year, specific targets are set for youth unions at all levels, and particularly for youth unions in high schools and colleges, to recommend outstanding students so that Party organizations can plan for their training and create a pool of potential Party members.
