Accordingly, Hoi An City People's Committee requested the Urban Management Department to preside over and coordinate with the Inland Waterway Port Authority of Region V, Cua Dai Border Guard Station, Cu Lao Cham Border Guard Station, Hoi An Waterway Wharf Management Board, Tan Hiep Commune People's Committee and relevant agencies to urgently develop coordination regulations on the management of inland waterway transport activities at Cua Dai and Cu Lao Cham wharves as a legal basis for agencies, units and localities to implement tasks synchronously, scientifically and smoothly.

In addition, coordinate with the People's Committees of communes and wards to organize the registration and management of inland waterway vehicles under their management responsibility according to regulations; organize the review of planning of inland waterway passenger transport terminals, inland waterway cargo terminals, mixed terminals that have not been announced, and terminals that have temporarily stopped operating to invest in synchronous and scientific construction, ensuring compliance with regulations, contributing to the development of tourism economy in the area...

Hoi An City People's Committee assigned Tan Hiep Commune People's Committee to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and the Department of Urban Management to study and reorganize the tourism model in Cu Lao Cham, invest in and upgrade facilities at Cu Lao Cham inland waterway port to better serve tourism; promptly complete procedures to submit to competent authorities to announce the water entertainment area and routes for inland waterway vehicles serving tourism activities.
