QTO - On January 21, 2025, the Quang Tri Provincial Journalists Association, in coordination with Hai Lang district, organized the opening ceremony of the Year of the Snake Spring Press Festival with the theme: "Celebrating the Party, celebrating Spring, celebrating the renewal of the homeland," aiming to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of Hai Lang district on March 19 (1975-2025).
