In particular, the Vietnam Trade Office in Hong Kong has also mobilized Vietnamese enterprises that have not had the opportunity to participate in the fair, to send product samples, catalogs, promotional images, to display and introduce the best products as well as products that ensure food safety and health that Hong Kong consumers are very interested in such as perilla powder, lingzhi mushrooms, bird's nest or products that Hong Kong consumers really like such as rice and coffee, or rice noodles, cashew nuts.

Ms. Thuy informed that Vietnamese enterprises are increasingly interested in the Hong Kong market as well as the regional market, wishing to use the Hong Kong market to introduce themselves to the regional market.

This is the first time the company has participated in this food fair. Ms. Dao Thi Kim Hoa - Executive Director of Vietnam Cashew Processing Technology Joint Stock Company (CPT), Binh Phuoc province - said that Hong Kong is a potential market because it is not a production place but only imports and consumes goods.

"Participating in the fair could be an opportunity for the company to expand its export market and increase the factory's capacity, hoping to create more jobs for farmers and citizens, bringing safe health products to consumers. Currently, the factory's capacity is 50-60 containers per month" - Ms. Hoa said.
