On the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Cuba, implementing the direction of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross and the People's Committee of Hai Phong City, the City Red Cross organized a fund-raising event to support the Cuban people to overcome difficulties.

The Hai Phong City Red Cross Society requests agencies, units, and localities to propagate and mobilize cadres, employees, workers, and people in the area to join hands to support the Cuban people.
