Leaders of the provincial Red Cross Society have just visited and encouraged families of victims who died due to the impact of storm No. 10.

The delegation visited and encouraged the family of victim Nguyen Thi Kieu in zone 2, Hai Thinh commune.

At the same time, support each family with a deceased person with 3 million VND (in the communes: Hai Thinh: 01 person; Hai Anh: 01 person; Chat Binh: 01 person; Gia Hung: 01 person); and give milk to the storm-fighting force at the checkpoint to repair the broken Hai Thinh dike.

This is a practical activity of the Ninh Binh Provincial Red Cross Society and the community joining hands to support people to overcome difficulties soon, contributing to helping people in localities damaged by storms and floods quickly stabilize their lives.
