The 21st Conference of the Party Executive Committee of Muong Te District

On the morning of June 25, Muong Te District Party Committee held the 21st Conference of the District Party Executive Committee, term XX, 2020 - 2025.

Comrades: Luu Hong Phuong - Acting Secretary of the District Party Committee; Dao Van Khanh - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Muong Te district chaired the Conference.

The conference was also attended by members of the 20th District Party Committee; members of the District Party Committee's Inspection Committee; leaders of district agencies, departments, branches, and unions; Secretaries of Party cells and committees under the Muong Te District Party Committee.

In the first 6 months of the year, the District Party Executive Committee focused on leading and directing the tasks of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, party building, and building a clean and strong political system. The total output of grain is estimated at 5,502 tons, an increase of 127 tons over the same period in 2024. The work of increasing livestock herds and protecting forest areas is well implemented.

Education and medical examination and treatment for people are focused on. Effectively implementing the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses; activities of resource and mineral exploitation, urban construction order, and traffic safety corridor management are closely directed. The political security and social order and safety situation is stable; promoting propaganda, dissemination, study and implementation of resolutions and conclusions of the Central and the province on the completion of district-level activities; merging and establishing new communes, preparing for timely operation of local governments at 2 levels, ensuring progress and efficiency.

The Conference also approved reports on: preliminary review of Party inspection, supervision and discipline work in the first 6 months of 2025; summary of Party inspection, supervision and discipline work for the 2020-2025 term; summary and assessment of the implementation of the 5-year public investment plan, period 2021-2025.

Discussing at the Conference, delegates raised a number of opinions such as: difficulties in eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses; arranging housing for new commune officials and civil servants...

Concluding the Conference, Comrade Luu Hong Phuong - Acting Secretary of Muong Te District Party Committee proposed: District levels, sectors and unions to speed up the progress of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in the area, especially the disbursement of capital sources; implementing the transfer of party organizations and party members to new commune Party Committees according to regulations. For the Standing Committees of the Party Committees of the communes after the arrangement and merger, coordinate with the Standing Committees of the Party Committees of the (old) communes to direct the preparation of conditions for organizing the Announcement Ceremony of the new commune after the merger, the positions according to the province's decision on commune-level cadre work...
