On September 19, 2025, Phuoc Vinh Commune Party Committee held a meeting of the Commune Party Executive Committee to evaluate the situation and results of leadership in implementing tasks in the third quarter of 2025 and directions for the last 3 months of the year. Attending the meeting were Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission - Vo Tran Tuan Thanh; Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Commission - Nguyen Tuan Khanh; Party Secretary, Chairman of Phuoc Vinh Commune People's Council - Phan Thi Hong Dao and comrades in the Commune Party Executive Committee.

After the merger, the Standing Committee, the Party Committee Standing Committee and the Party Executive Committee have focused on comprehensively leading and directing all aspects of work in the area, stabilizing the organizational apparatus towards efficiency, effectiveness, and efficiency, serving the people well. The first Congress of the Phuoc Vinh Commune Party Committee, term 2025-2030, was successfully held and highly appreciated by the province. Leading and directing the establishment and announcement of decisions to Party Committees and Party cells under the Commune Party Committee; promptly promulgating regulations on functions, tasks, and working regulations of Party committees, Party organizations, agencies, and units and directing their serious and synchronous implementation.

In addition, the Party Committee has led and directed the implementation of anti-corruption, waste and negativity work; promptly deployed and thoroughly grasped the regulations of the superiors. The work of grasping the ideological situation, public opinion and fighting against rebuttals on social networks has been maintained. The work of administrative reform has been focused on implementation, creating favorable conditions for people to contact and resolve administrative procedures.

At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and contributing many ideas and solutions to overcome existing problems and difficulties; at the same time, proposed key tasks for the last 3 months of the year.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission - Vo Tran Tuan Thanh highly appreciated the initiative and sense of responsibility of the Party Executive Committee of Phuoc Vinh commune in implementing the tasks of the third quarter of 2025.

At the same time, he emphasized a number of key tasks in the coming time. He requested the Party Executive Committee of the commune to continue to promote the sense of responsibility, focus on thoroughly resolving existing problems and limitations; improve coordination efficiency in performing tasks; and be determined to successfully implement the socio -economic development targets set for the last 3 months of 2025.
