Attending the conference were: Ms. Le Thi Kim Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee; and leaders of several departments and agencies. The conference was held both in person and online, connecting to several districts.

Comrade Ha Thi Nga, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, chaired the meeting.

The conference discussed and provided feedback on adjustments to the State budget capital plan for implementing the National Target Program for socio -economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas; adjustments to the Central budget investment capital plan for implementing the National Target Program for building new rural areas in 2024; adjustments to the medium-term public investment plan using local budget capital for the period 2021-2025 and the public investment plan using local budget capital for 2024; and adjustments and additions to the State budget public investment plan for 2024.

The conference also focused on discussing the investment policy for the project to build a road from the center of Tuyen Quang city to the My Lam hot spring tourist area in My Lam ward, Tuyen Quang city.

Concluding the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Ha Thi Nga requested that agencies continue to review and adjust plans to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal regulations; emphasize responsibility and closely monitor all stages from planning and approval to implementation, ensuring that projects bring practical benefits and maximize their effectiveness.

Regarding the investment plan for the project to build a road from the center of Tuyen Quang city to the My Lam hot spring tourist area, favorable conditions need to be prepared, especially in land clearance, so that once approved by the Provincial People's Council, the project can be quickly implemented, contributing to the promotion of tourism in Tuyen Quang province.

The Provincial Party Secretary particularly emphasized the spirit of frugality and combating waste in project implementation, aiming to ensure efficiency and rational use of state resources. Project implementation should focus on minimizing unnecessary costs, optimizing investment capital, and strengthening supervision to prevent losses and waste. Along with this, the responsibility of leaders in carrying out their duties should be emphasized, so that projects contribute effectively to promoting the province's socio-economic development and improving the lives of the people.
