Attending were comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; comrades Heads and Deputy Heads of the Sub-committees of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030; comrades: Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee; Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee.

Delegates attending the Conference

The conference reviewed and gave opinions on personnel preparation and election work at the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Review and comment on the preparations for the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030. Accordingly, the Congress will be held for 3 days, from September 15 - 17, 2025 at the Provincial Convention Center. Up to now, the Congress service subcommittees have deployed their work according to the set plan and are ready to serve the Congress.

Provincial Party Secretary Quan Minh Cuong highly appreciated the members of the Congress Service Subcommittee for proactively implementing the work contents according to the plan and plan to serve the Congress under the direction of the Provincial Party Standing Committee. At the Conference , the Organizing Committee of Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee announced the Decision of the Provincial Party Committee on retirement according to the regime for comrade Nguyen Bich Ngoc, former member of the Provincial Party Committee , former Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
