Conference to announce the Decisions of the Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Ca Mau province on personnel work

On the morning of July 3, at the Hall, the Department of Agriculture and Environment held a Conference to announce the Department Director's Decisions on personnel work. Attending and chairing the Conference were comrade Le Van Su, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrade To Hoai Phuong, Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment; Deputy Directors of the Department: Luu Hoang Ly, Nguyen Binh Thuan, Pham Van Muoi, Le Van Phuong, Phan Minh Chi, Huynh Thanh Dung, Bui Tu Hai, Nguyen Van Quan with the participation of the Party Committee, Secretaries of the Youth Union of the 02 Departments of 02 provinces of Ca Mau and Bac Lieu; Heads and Deputy Heads of specialized departments under the Department; Heads and Deputy Heads of units under the Department and Leaders of the New Rural Coordination Office.

At the Conference, Mr. Trinh Van Tham, Head of the Department of Organization and Personnel, announced 104 Decisions of the Department Director on the organization, arrangement and appointment of staff of specialized departments and units under the Department in the whole industry.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Le Van Su, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: Personnel work is a regular and important task, aiming to perfect the organizational apparatus, creating conditions for competent and qualified cadres to promote their roles and responsibilities in performing assigned tasks. He also acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of the cadres in the past time and hoped that in the difficult period after the merger of Bac Lieu and Ca Mau provinces, the appointed and mobilized comrades would urgently focus on directing the new apparatus to operate synchronously and smoothly, upholding the spirit of responsibility, solidarity, creativity, and completing assigned tasks well, contributing to the overall development of the agricultural and environmental sectors of the province. In addition, continue to organize well the arrangement and assignment of civil servants, public employees, and workers at affiliated units; Arrange headquarters, workplaces, and accommodations to ensure more effective and efficient operations than before. Pay attention to fully and promptly implementing policies and regulations for civil servants, public employees, and workers affected by the organizational restructuring process.

On behalf of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, Comrade To Hoai Phuong, Provincial Party Committee member and Director of the Department, accepted the instructions from superiors and accepted the task, demonstrating determination and responsibility, together with the Department's Board of Directors, to continue to contribute and strive for the development of the industry and locality.

The conference ended in a solemn and warm atmosphere, demonstrating the spirit of solidarity and determination to successfully carry out the political tasks assigned by the Party and State to the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Ca Mau province.
