The Provincial Party Committee consists of 2 full-time Party Committee leaders and 4 full-time advisory and support agencies. The Provincial Party Committee regularly focuses on disseminating, propagating and organizing the implementation of the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on emulation and rewards. Pay attention to leading and directing the response to emulation movements; promote the spirit of emulation and creative labor, innovative solutions and initiatives in performing professional tasks and management and administration, creating motivation to improve the quality and effectiveness of emulation movements.
The Provincial Party Committee has effectively implemented tasks and solutions according to the 2025 Emulation and Reward Plan of the province; linked the emulation movement with the implementation of political tasks of the Provincial Party Committee; advised the Provincial Party Committee to lead and direct subordinate Party Committees and advisory agencies to assist in the implementation of resolutions, conclusions, programs and plans of the Central and Provincial Party Committees in conjunction with the effective implementation of the Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels.
Along with that, it advised the Provincial Party Committee to lead the Provincial People's Committee, all levels and sectors to strive to overcome difficulties, closely follow the annual theme of the Provincial Party Executive Committee to organize the implementation of socio-economic development, national defense and security goals to achieve positive results...
The implementation of thematic emulation movements such as the emulation movement "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas"; the emulation movement "The whole country joins hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in 2025"; the emulation movement "Promoting the development of synchronous and modern infrastructure; practicing thrift, fighting waste"... has been promoted by the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee and achieved practical results.
Through emulation movements, many individuals of the Provincial Party Committee have been awarded by all levels and sectors: 1 individual received the Third Class Labor Medal; 2 individuals received Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister; 1 individual received the title of Provincial Emulation Fighter; 17 individuals received Certificates of Merit from the Provincial People's Committee; 21 individuals received the title of Grassroots Emulation Fighter; 39 individuals received Certificates of Merit from the Head of the agency.
In the period of 2025 - 2030, the Provincial Party Committee has set out many key tasks and solutions to achieve the following goals: 100% of cadres, civil servants and employees of the Provincial Party Committee are informed, thoroughly grasped and participate in studying documents of the Central and the province on emulation and reward work; strive to have 100% of advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee to complete their tasks well or better every year, 100% of units achieve the title of "Advanced Labor Collective"; strive to have the Party Cell of the Provincial Party Committee to complete its tasks well or better every year...
At the Conference, 1 individual received a Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister; 1 individual received a Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; 9 individuals received Certificates of Merit from the Head of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee for their outstanding achievements in implementing emulation movements in the period 2020 - 2025.
At the Conference, Comrade Lo Van Huong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee launched the emulation movement of the agency for the period 2025 - 2030 with the theme "Solidarity, innovation, creativity, promoting patriotic emulation movements, building a strong Provincial Party Committee, developing into a new era". The Conference approved the list of delegates to attend the higher-level Congress, including 2 comrades.
Concluding the Conference, Comrade Lo Van Huong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee Office emphasized that the Conference summarized the patriotic emulation movement, clarified the outstanding results, frankly acknowledged the limitations, and drew lessons; at the same time, proposed directions, goals, and practical solutions for the period 2025 - 2030, thereby creating a basis for collectives and individuals in the Provincial Party Committee Office to implement. The rich and enthusiastic presentations from collectives and individuals contributed to strongly spreading the spirit of emulation, creativity, and efficiency. The Conference also commended, rewarded, and recognized the contributions of individuals in the emulation movement, creating a strong motivation for cadres, civil servants, and workers to continue to make efforts and contribute. The Head of the Provincial Party Committee believes that each individual and collective will continue to promote the spirit of exemplary and pioneering, spreading the spirit of patriotic emulation, contributing to building an increasingly strong agency, making positive contributions to the overall development of the province...
