The first conference of advanced models of Van Thang commune, period 2025 - 2030

On the afternoon of August 27, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Van Thang commune and socio-political organizations of the commune held the first conference of advanced models, period 2025 - 2030.

In the period of 2020 - 2025, the Front and mass organizations of Van Thang commune have effectively implemented patriotic emulation movements, thereby spreading widely to all classes of people in the whole commune. Notable movements are: "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas"; "Day for the poor"; "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods"; "All people protect national security"... As a result, in the past 5 years, the locality has mobilized more than 990 million VND to support poor and near-poor households to build 18 new great solidarity houses; mobilized the installation of 10 farmer lighting works; implemented more than 30 youth works worth 250 million VND; supported and examined 250 poor households and households in difficult circumstances with an amount of more than 280 million VND; mobilized people to donate more than 2,500m2 ^of land, contributed 4,200 working days and more than 1.8 billion VND to build and renovate infrastructure. Every year, more than 95% of households in the commune are recognized as cultural families; 15/15 residential areas are recognized as cultural residential areas. Notably, in 2024, Van Thang commune was recognized by the Provincial People's Committee as a commune that met advanced new rural standards.

In the period of 2025 - 2030, the Front and socio -political organizations of Van Thang commune set the goal of maintaining and increasing the rate of cultural families to more than 95%; 100% of villages are recognized as cultural villages; each year, introduce 2 to 3 typical examples for propaganda and replication. At the same time, continue to promote emulation movements; commend and reward collectives and individuals with many initiatives and contributions.

On this occasion, the People's Committee of Van Thang commune awarded certificates of merit to 9 collectives and 8 individuals with outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement for the period 2020 - 2025; at the same time launched the patriotic emulation movement for the period 2025 - 2030.
