Online training conference on electronic copy certification from original

Implementing plan No. 127/KH-STP dated September 22, 2025 of the Department of Justice on organizing a training conference on the certification of electronic copies from originals in 2025. On the afternoon of October 6, 2025, the Department of Justice organized a training conference on the certification of electronic copies from originals online with participants at the Department of Justice's bridge including: Department leaders, department leaders and specialists of Department II; Office of the Department of Justice; Lang Son Telecommunications technical staff; Bridge at the People's Committees of communes and wards including: Leaders of the People's Committees of communes and wards (in charge of certification work), Professional civil servants of the People's Committees of communes and wards performing certification work, and clerical civil servants of the People's Committees of communes and wards.

At the conference, the delegates were instructed by the reporter and directly practiced the process of certifying electronic copies from the original on the Provincial Administrative Procedure Information System. This included specific contents such as: guiding citizens to submit documents online, download documents; instructions on creating a certification book; configuring signatures and seals; receiving documents; returning results; some issues that need to be noted for the People's Committee at the commune level when certifying electronic copies from the original.

In addition, the Conference also had the leaders of the Professional Department II answer some problems arising in the process of performing the certification process. From there, the training provided the delegates with additional knowledge and professional skills, improving the level of information technology application of civil servants in performing the certification of electronic copies from the original, ensuring that the certification is carried out according to a unified process across the province, contributing to saving time, effort, and costs, bringing convenience and satisfaction to people and businesses when performing administrative procedures in the field of certification./.
