Accordingly, the conference announced the Decision of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Union on the establishment of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Farmers' Union; the decision to appoint personnel of the executive committee, standing committee, members of the inspection committee and key positions of the Provincial Farmers' Union for the 2023-2028 term; and approved the list of chairmen of the Commune Farmers' Union.

According to the report on the implementation of tasks after the merger of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Farmers' Association, the whole province currently has 48 association bases, 734 branches with 134,696 members. Up to now, the organization and apparatus of the post-merger Farmers' Association have been basically completed and put into operation. The assignment of specific tasks to each organization and individual in the association has also been carried out.

In the last 6 months of the year, the Provincial Farmers' Association focused on doing a good job of ideological work, grasping public opinion, ensuring solidarity, unity, improving efficiency, effectiveness and efficiency of operations; deploying membership management software, supporting farmers in applying digital technology in production and product promotion; training association officials on the E-Office electronic operations system and KPI quality assessment set; focusing on preparing and organizing the Farmers' Association Congresses at all levels; continuing to perform well 3 key tasks: Protecting the legitimate rights and interests of farmers; organizing services, consulting, supporting farmers in production development; building models of production development according to the value chain and promoting the collective economy .
The conference also agreed and resolved on the following contents: Report on the activities of the Farmers' Association since the merger; working regulations of the Provincial Farmers' Association Executive Committee for the 2023-2028 term; key tasks and programs of the association's work in the last 6 months of 2025; plan to organize and guide the preparation and personnel work of the Farmers' Association Congress at 2 levels...
