Nearly 300 athletes from units and schools throughout the Artillery and Missile Command participated in the sports competition, competing in the following events: men's volleyball; four military sports; soldier fitness, 3,000m armed run with obstacles, obstacle course, and swimming.

Speaking at the sports event, Colonel Nguyen Cong Tam, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Artillery and Missile Command and Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee, emphasized: The sports event aims to encourage, motivate, and promote the physical training and sports activities of agencies, units, and schools within the Artillery and Missile forces, contributing to improving the health of soldiers to meet the requirements and assigned tasks.

To ensure that the competitions proceed as planned and maintain quality, the Organizing Committee requests that all participating athletes uphold a high sense of responsibility, strictly adhere to discipline, thoroughly understand the rules and regulations of the competition, be united, honest, humble, and learn from each other, while striving to achieve high results and new records in the sports. After the competition concludes, agencies, units, and schools should promote physical education and sports activities to improve the health of the troops.

From the very first matches and events, the athletes demonstrated a spirit of unity, honesty, and sportsmanship, competing wholeheartedly and providing the audience with many fierce and exciting competitions. The 100m race and pull-ups were conducted quickly and seriously, accurately reflecting the physical fitness, endurance, and determination of each athlete.

In particular, events such as the 100m swimming race with equipment packs and the obstacle course for physical training created a highlight for this year's competition, clearly demonstrating the courage, skills, and ability to endure and overcome difficulties of officers and soldiers in conditions that are increasingly close to real-world training and combat situations.

According to the Organizing Committee's assessment, the sports event was well-organized, absolutely safe, and in accordance with the regulations. The athletes strictly adhered to the discipline and regulations of the event. The initial results show the serious and comprehensive preparation of the participating units, promising that the following days of competition will be fierce, high-quality, and successful.
