On the afternoon of August 4, the Department of Tourism organized a scientific workshop "Discussion on selecting a design model for the tourism destination brand of Ninh Binh province".

Attending the workshop were leaders of the Department of Tourism, representatives of the Department of Culture - Sports , the Provincial Tourism Association, Hoa Lu University and members of the project management board.

Currently, Ninh Binh does not have a logo or symbol for proper tourism promotion. The existing logos and symbols are only for identification purposes of the local State tourism management agency.

Regarding the slogan, there is also no consistency. Currently, Ninh Binh Tourism is using the same slogan as many other provinces, without any difference, with the slogan "Ninh Binh - a safe, friendly, quality, and attractive destination". Therefore, the identity of Ninh Binh tourism brand is not clear, and cannot demonstrate the stature and position of a land rich in tourism potential.

The lack of a professional and consistent brand identity also reduces the recognition of Ninh Binh tourism brand in the competitive domestic and regional destination environment.

At the workshop, the consulting unit presented 5 design samples for delegates to discuss and give comments. Among them, delegates highly appreciated the idea and style of design sample No. 1. With the image of King Dinh Temple in harmony with the majestic mountains and the slogan "Ninh Binh - the magical land", this design sample demonstrated the unique cultural, historical and natural values ​​of Ninh Binh land.

Experts and delegates attending the workshop also gave suggestions to edit the logo to make it more harmonious and attractive. The project management board has fully accepted it and will study and edit it as soon as possible. The ultimate goal is to come up with a design that highlights the natural and geographical characteristics of the land where "mountains and waters converge" with the mixed world heritage "Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex". Thereby, conveying the message about the unique values ​​that Ninh Binh tourism brings to visitors.
