This morning, August 24, Hanoi University of Technology - Vietnam National University organized direct admission for about 4,000 new students.

According to preliminary statistics, there are 2,625 students with admission scores of 27 or higher (an increase compared to last year). The scores of the candidates include bonus points (maximum of 3), in all 3 methods, based on high school graduation exam scores, based on Hanoi National University's competency assessment test scores, and SAT scores.

Of these, more than 190 candidates reached the absolute level of 30/30 after including bonus points. Without incentive and priority points, this group of candidates includes those who achieved 27 points or more in the combination of 3 graduation exam subjects, 98/150 points in the Competency Assessment exam, or SAT from 1,440/1,600 or more.

Prof. Dr. Chu Duc Trinh, Principal of the University of Technology - Vietnam National University, Hanoi, said that the total enrollment target of the school is more than 4,000, an increase of more than 1,000 compared to last year, but the benchmark scores in all training programs are still very high.

The admission scores for the majors of the University of Technology - Vietnam National University, Hanoi in 2025 range from 22.14 to 28.19. Of which, Information Technology has the highest admission score.

This year, the University of Technology - Vietnam National University, Hanoi recruits 4,020 students for 20 majors and training programs.

The school's tuition fees for the 2025-2026 school year range from 34-40 million VND depending on the major and training program.

Specifically, the following majors: Artificial Intelligence; Industrial Design and Graphics; Materials Technology and Microelectronics; Data Science and Engineering; Bioengineering Technology have tuition fees of 34 million VND. The remaining majors/programs have tuition fees of 40 million VND.
