Over 500 Mid-Autumn Festival gifts for students in the remote area of ​​Dam Rong.

On September 10th, the Lam Dong Provincial Police presented over 500 gifts to students in remote areas of Ro Men commune, Dam Rong district, Lam Dong province.

The program was organized by the Women's Union, the Youth Union, the Personnel and Organization Department, the Internal Security Department, and the Inspection Committee of the Lam Dong Provincial Police, in coordination with the Dam Rong District Police, the Lam Dong Provincial Association for the Promotion of Learning, and the Social Charity Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Association of Lam Dong Province.

Here, the delegation awarded 40 scholarships to diligent students from disadvantaged backgrounds at Ro Men Primary and Secondary School; and organized a "Mid-Autumn Festival Celebration" with many traditional games and attractive cultural performances. On this occasion, more than 500 gifts, including lanterns, cakes, and candies, were given to students in remote areas of Dam Rong district.

Lieutenant Colonel Le Thi Hong Minh, Deputy Head of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee of the Lam Dong Provincial Police, said that the total cost of organizing activities during this period was nearly 50 million VND. This amount was raised from contributions by female members, youth union members of units within the provincial police, and philanthropists.
