At the meeting, the city's functional agencies discussed and reached a high consensus on implementing the City People's Committee's Plan on preparing for the opening of the Ha Temple, Thuong Temple, and Y La Temple Festivals in 2024.

Accordingly, the festival is organized on a city scale with a ceremony and a festival. The ceremony includes a ceremony at Y La Temple, Y La Ward and a procession of the Mother Goddess from Y La Temple to Ha Temple. Time from 7:00 to 11:00 on March 20, 2024 (ie February 11 of the lunar calendar). The procession route starts from Y La Temple, Y La Ward, following Truong Chinh Street, Quang Trung Street, Chien Thang Song Lo Street to Ha Temple. The presiding unit is the People's Committee of Y La Ward.

Ceremony at Thuong Temple, Trang Da commune and organize the procession of Mother Goddess from Thuong Temple to Ha Temple. Time from 6:30 to 9:30, March 21, 2024 (ie February 12 of the lunar calendar). The route to process Mother Goddess from Thuong Temple follows National Highway 2C through Nong Tien Bridge to the intersection (Mac Dynasty Citadel Gate), Binh Thuan Street, Quang Trung Street, Chien Thang Song Lo Street to Ha Temple. The presiding unit is the People's Committee of Trang Da commune.

Opening of the Ha Temple, Thuong Temple, and Y La Temple Festivals, from 9:30 a.m. on March 21, 2024 (February 12 of the Lunar calendar), at Ha Temple, Tan Quang Ward. Closing of the Ha Temple, Thuong Temple, and Y La Temple Festivals and the procession of the Mother Goddess returning to the palace from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. on March 25, 2024 (February 16 of the Lunar calendar), at Ha Temple, Tan Quang Ward. The procession of the Mother Goddess returning to the palace from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on March 25, 2024 (February 16 of the Lunar calendar), the procession of the Mother Goddess returning to the palace from Ha Temple to Y La Temple and Thuong Temple.

The festival organizes sports competitions, folk games such as tug of war, stick pushing, pot smashing, chess, sack jumping... in Y La ward, Tan Quang ward, Trang Da commune from March 19 to 25. In addition, there will be exchanges and introductions to the culture of worshiping the Mother Goddess of the Three Palaces of the Vietnamese people, on March 22 and 23, 2024 (ie February 13 and 14 of the Lunar calendar), at the Ha Temple - Kiep Bac Temple relic site, Tan Quang ward.

Comrade Tran Viet Cuong, Chairman of the City People's Committee, requested relevant agencies and functional units of the city to coordinate well with the host unit, carry out assigned tasks, ensure the festival takes place safely, solemnly, in accordance with rituals, attract a large number of people and tourists to participate, contribute to preserving and promoting the cultural values of the province's National Intangible Cultural Heritage, meet the religious needs of the people, and promote tourism development in the area.
