HTV Broadcasts "Accompanying the 20th Golden Bell of Traditional Music Awards"

The 20th Golden Bell Awards Companion Program – a special rendezvous for the art of reformed opera and amateur music – will officially air during the "Artists and Stage" time slot on HTV9, at 12:30 on June 9, and rebroadcast at 2:30 on June 10, also on HTV9.

This is an activity in a series of programs organized by Ho Chi Minh City Television (HTV) to spread love for traditional arts, honor the value of vọng cổ and clubs that nurture many new talents, contributing to enriching the spiritual life of the community.

In addition to the participation of musicians and singers from the Don ca tai tu - cai luong Club in District 12, Ho Chi Minh City, the program also marked the special appearance of the female singing group "Trai tim trang" (White Hearts) - a new and emotional breeze in the journey connecting tradition and contemporary.

Comprising four members: Yen Phuong, Thu Thao, Yen Nhi and Vuong Quynh Anh, the group "White Heart" is the crystallization of youthful energy, aspiration to contribute and a burning love for art. Once familiar faces on the Hong Van Drama Stage, they grew up together in a professional art environment, being students of veteran artists such as People's Artist Hong Van, Artist Huu Nghia, Director Bao Nguyen...

After a long journey with Lac Long Quan Theater Club and hundreds of performances in the program "School Theater", the four girls found a new direction: connecting music with stage experience, turning voices into stories - and stories into emotions.

The group "White Heart" not only sings, they live in every lyric, with all their hearts that have been trained through each role.

In the program "Accompanying the Golden Bell Awards", the group will perform the song "Be a warrior" (composer Van Hau, lyrics: Yen Phuong) - the song that made an impression at the program "Music Exchange" of the 3rd Vietnamese Coffee - Tea Festival in 2025, organized by Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper.

With a modern rhythm and powerful melody, the song is a sincere message: everyone can be a warrior - quiet but resilient - on their own journey.

Not only performing, the members of "White Heart" also aim for art associated with social responsibility. A typical example is the song "Green City" composed by Yen Phuong and Thu Thao - a song paying tribute to the city's sanitation workers, the "silent warriors" who preserve the beauty of everyday life, which was highly appreciated at the "Country Full of Joy" songwriting campaign organized by Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper.

The presence of the "White Heart" group in the Companionship of the Golden Bell Awards program not only adds a new color to the program but is also a vivid proof of the artistic spirit that transcends genre boundaries. They represent a generation of young singers and artists who not only know how to "go the long way" in their career, but also know how to connect the past - present - future with their own hearts that love their profession and seek to create.
