From atop Truc Lam Ban Gioc Buddhist Temple, a sacred temple nestled on the mountainside, visitors can take in the panoramic view of the majestic waterfall winding through the deep green of the mountains and forests. Under the morning mist, the waterfall appears ethereal, like a watercolor painting, both serene and captivating.

Ban Gioc Waterfall is over 30 meters high, divided into many consecutive limestone layers and stretching hundreds of meters wide. In the middle of the waterfall is a wide mound of land covered with many green trees, dividing the river into three different branches.

Ban Gioc Waterfall is not just a scenic spot, but also the soul of Trung Khanh's land and sky, a convergence point of many distinctive highland cultural features. At the foot of the waterfall, the Tay and Nung people have lived for generations, in harmony with nature.

Located on the Vietnam-China border, Ban Gioc Waterfall is renowned as one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Vietnam, the largest natural waterfall in Southeast Asia, and the fourth largest waterfall in the world situated on a border.
