Hung Yen Province commends students who achieved perfect scores on the SAT exam.

GD&TĐ - The Director of the Department of Education and Training of Hung Yen province commended Vu Minh Ngoc (class 12A6, Duong Quang Ham High School) for achieving a perfect score on the 2026 SAT exam.

On the morning of April 2nd, Mr. Pham Dong Thuy, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Hung Yen province, attended the ceremony to honor outstanding students at Duong Quang Ham High School and presented certificates of merit to students who achieved high scores on the 2026 SAT exam.

Vu Minh Ngoc (class 12A6, Duong Quang Ham High School) and Vu Ngoc Quynh Anh (class 12A6, Yen My High School) are two students from Hung Yen who achieved a perfect score of 1600/1600 on the SAT exam in March.

Notably, this is Vu Minh Ngoc's first time participating in this exam. In addition, she won first prize in English at the Provincial-level Excellent Student Selection Exam in cultural subjects for the 2025-2026 school year and scored 8.0 on the IELTS exam.

Director of the Department of Education and Training of Hung Yen province, Pham Dong Thuy, praised the students' achievements.

Earlier, on March 30th, Mr. Thuy also presented a certificate of commendation from the Director of the Department of Education and Training to Vu Ngoc Quynh Anh for achieving high scores on the 2026 SAT exam.

The Director of the Department of Education and Training of Hung Yen province affirmed that the students' achievements are a source of pride, contributing to improving the quality of education in the province and creating motivation for students to continue striving and working hard in their studies.

Mr. Pham Dong Thuy, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Hung Yen province, presented a certificate of commendation to Vu Ngoc Quynh Anh (class 12A6, Yen My High School).

The SAT (Scholastic Assessment Test) is an internationally standardized test administered by the College Board to assess the reading, writing, and mathematics skills of students worldwide .

SAT scores are used for college admissions in the United States, Canada, and many other countries around the world.
