Following President Ho Chi Minh's example, workers compete to excel in their work.

On May 27th, the Tay Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor Unions held a conference to summarize the five-year implementation of Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW of the Politburo and to commend and reward outstanding individuals and groups for their achievements in studying and following the ideology, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh during the 2021-2025 period.

Over the past five years, trade unions at all levels in the province have extensively implemented the study and emulation of President Ho Chi Minh's teachings through many practical models, linked to caring for the lives of union members and workers. More than 8,000 propaganda sessions were organized with approximately 350,000 cadres, workers, and employees participating. Propaganda work has been innovated towards the application of information technology and digital platforms, contributing to making the study of President Ho Chi Minh's teachings increasingly in-depth.

Learning from and following President Ho Chi Minh's example has not only remained a matter of awareness but has also become a concrete action in every agency, unit, and enterprise. Many emulation movements for excellent labor, creative labor, and technical innovation have been effectively implemented, bringing value and significant benefits to businesses.

Activities aimed at caring for union members and workers continue to be strengthened. Over the past five years, the Trade Union organization has donated 520 "Trade Union Shelter" houses with a total cost of nearly 38 billion VND; and provided support to more than 30,000 union members and workers in difficult circumstances, those who suffered work accidents, or serious illnesses.

Many humane activities such as "Tet Reunion," "Thanking Workers," "Trade Union Meal," and "Year-End Dinner" are maintained, creating a bond between the trade union organization, businesses, and workers.

One of the highlights is the "Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space" model in industrial zones and enterprise-level trade unions with a large number of workers. This space has become a cultural hub, helping union members and workers learn about the life, career, and teachings of President Ho Chi Minh, thereby fostering patriotism and a sense of responsibility in labor and production.

Awards were presented to outstanding individuals who exemplified the spirit of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style.

According to Tran Le Duy, Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Union, in the context of reform and integration, each union member and worker needs not only to be skilled in their profession but also to be politically steadfast and morally upright. Therefore, the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style need to continue to be spread through concrete and practical actions.

Through this movement, many exemplary collectives and individuals have emerged, demonstrating dedication to their work, responsibility to the community, and wholehearted commitment to the workers. From awareness to action, patriotic emulation movements and initiatives promoting technical improvements have become more vibrant in factories and enterprises. Learning from President Ho Chi Minh's spirit of self-reliance, self-improvement, and creative labor has benefited businesses by tens to hundreds of billions of dong.

On this occasion, the Tay Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor awarded 51 exemplary collectives and 97 exemplary individuals for their outstanding achievements in "Studying and following the thoughts, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh" during the 2021-2025 period.
