Guidance and preparation for building digital learning materials at schools under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism

On the morning of October 2, the Center for Digital Transformation of Culture, Sports and Tourism in collaboration with VTC Corporation organized a session to guide and prepare for the development of digital learning materials at schools under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, to ensure consistency, professionalism and suitability with the MOOC platform "National Digital Education for the People".

Deputy Director of the Center for Digital Transformation of Culture, Sports and Tourism Vu Ngoc Trinh chaired the session.

Attending the event were representatives of VTC Corporation; representatives of the Board of Directors and specialists in charge of developing digital learning materials from the School of Culture, Sports and Tourism Management; Vietnam Dance Academy; University of Theatre and Cinema; Vietnam University of Fine Arts; Bac Ninh University of Physical Education and Sports; Hanoi College of Tourism; Vietnam Circus and Variety Arts College.

The Center for Digital Transformation of Culture, Sports and Tourism in collaboration with VTC Corporation organized a training session to prepare for the development of digital learning materials at schools under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

The training session was organized to clarify the objectives and significance of the "National Digital Literacy Program" and the pioneering role of educational units under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in developing digital learning materials, contributing to the popularization of digital skills according to Plan No. 3061/KH-BVHTTDL.

Providing common technical standards for the MOOC system, content standards and digital pedagogy applicable to all courses, ensuring compatibility with the national platform; Unifying the Motip/level of digital learning materials; guiding the process of producing a MOOC course from the idea stage to uploading it to the system...

Representatives of VTC Corporation disseminated technical and digital pedagogical standards for digital learning materials on the MOOC platform and provided guidance on the process of producing digital learning materials.

At the training session, representatives of VTC Corporation disseminated technical standards and digital pedagogy for digital learning materials on the MOOC platform as well as provided guidance on the process of producing digital learning materials (from ideas to uploading to MOOC).

Representatives of schools under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism had specific discussions and proposed potential course names for implementation.

Concluding the meeting, Deputy Director of the Center for Digital Transformation of Culture, Sports and Tourism Vu Ngoc Trinh thanked the units for their cooperation and suggested that after the training session, the schools would finalize the topic, send a list of responsible personnel (professional and technical) and propose potential course names to the Center.

After that, the schools will complete the text documents, detailed outlines, pedagogical scripts, lecture slides and send them to the Center for comments and evaluation.

After assessment, school lecturers will record audio and video; the Center for Digital Transformation of Culture, Sports and Tourism will post-process, design and synchronize learning materials.

Finally, the Center for Digital Transformation of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the schools will review, accept and upload to MOOC.
