The inspection content focuses on compliance with legal regulations on food safety at food production and trading establishments, including: Certificate of food safety qualified facility; commitment to safe food production; health certificate, confirmation of food safety knowledge of the owner and employees directly involved in food production and trading; food safety conditions for food production and trading establishments; conditions on equipment, tools, and people as prescribed in the Food Safety Law and circulars of the Ministries of Health , Agriculture and Environment, and Industry and Trade....
Through inspection activities, the authorities will promptly detect, prevent and handle violations of food safety and food poisoning; improve the effectiveness and efficiency of state management of food safety. At the same time, disseminate legal regulations on food safety to food producers, processors and traders; provide guidance on the selection, processing, preservation and use of safe food for consumers.
