Bases for determining job positions for professional civil servants specializing in culture, family, physical training, sports and tourism must comply with Clause 1, Article 4 of Decree No. 62/2020/ND-CP. Specifically, the basis for determining the job position includes:
1. Functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of agencies and organizations;
2. Complexity, nature, characteristics and scale of operations; scope and object of service; professional and professional management processes in accordance with specialized laws.
