Responding to the fourth Dien Hong Award, 2026

Accordingly, implementing Plan No. 327/KH-BTC, dated March 31, 2025 of the Dien Hong Award Organizing Committee on organizing the fourth National Press Award on the National Assembly and People's Councils in 2026; Instruction No. 113-HD/BTGTU, dated April 8, 2024 of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department on propaganda to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the first General Election to elect the National Assembly of Vietnam (January 6, 1946 - January 6, 2026) and Official Dispatch No. 99/DDBQH-VP, dated April 24, 2025 of the National Assembly Delegation of Dak Lak province on coordinating propaganda to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the first General Election to elect the National Assembly of Vietnam; The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department requests local Party committees, agencies and units to actively deploy propaganda to widely disseminate the fourth Dien Hong Award in 2026.

With the theme: "80 National Assemblies of Vietnam", the works participating in the 4th Dien Hong Award in 2026 focus on reflecting on innovation in thinking in law-making, innovation in supervision and decision-making on important issues of the country; closely following the key tasks of the Party and State, focusing on reflecting and analyzing in depth the activities of the National Assembly, People's Councils at all levels and elected representatives; summarizing the activities of the 15th National Assembly, the activities of People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term; aiming at the successful election of the new National Assembly and People's Councils. On that basis, draw lessons, continue to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of elected agencies under the leadership of the Party, contributing to bringing the country into a new era.

The Dien Hong Award is an annual award presented to outstanding press works on the National Assembly and People's Councils, chaired by the National Assembly Office in coordination with the Central Propaganda and Education Commission; the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; the Hanoi People's Council; the Vietnam Journalists Association and Vietnam Television to promote propaganda work on the National Assembly and People's Councils according to the Action Program of the Party Delegation of the 15th National Assembly to implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, contributing to promoting propaganda work to bring the Party's Resolution into life.
