Intel Corporation has officially appointed Kenneth Tse as General Director of Intel Vietnam. The new General Director of Intel Vietnam will succeed Kim Huat Ooi.
Kenneth Tse graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. He began his career at Intel as a Process Engineer in Albuquerque, California.
He then held many management positions in the US and China markets before moving to Vietnam and working there for the past decade. Up to now, the new General Director of Intel Vietnam factory has 28 years of experience working at Intel Corporation.
In his new role, Kenneth Tse will be responsible for overseeing all operations of Intel Vietnam’s assembly and testing facility, including building strategic partnerships with the government , the community, and working with the local ecosystem.
According to Mr. Kenneth, the factory in Vietnam plays an important role in Intel's global factory system. The Vietnam factory has always been a solid foundation for Intel's operating process. The group is committed to maintaining its development position as well as promoting the common mission set forth.
“ We aim to ‘create the future of Intel and Vietnam’. This commitment affirms our determination and shows our belief in the potential of Vietnam, an important country in the global technology picture ,” the new General Director of Intel Vietnam factory shared.
