According to Tasnim, three people were executed on June 25 for allegedly spying for Israel's Mossad intelligence agency. These people brought "assassination equipment" into Iran in the form of alcoholic beverage shipments with the aim of assassinating an important figure in this country.

Additionally, more than 700 people accused of spying for Israel have been arrested in Iran over the past 12 days, according to a report from Fars news agency.
"These arrests were inevitable. I think it will be more widespread and prolonged," Sanam Vakil, director of the Middle East and North Africa program at the London-based Chatham House think tank, told NBC News on June 25.
Iran's judiciary chief, Gholam-Hossein Mohseni-Ejei, on June 21 called for cases involving those accused of working for Israel to be expedited so they face judgment as soon as possible.
Iran also cut off almost all internet access across the country. The Iranian Communications Ministry said the order was implemented to prevent Israeli cyberattacks, although the government has previously cut or restricted internet access during times of civil unrest.
The report on the "crackdown" was released after US President Donald Trump announced that Israel and Iran had reached a peace agreement on the morning of June 24 after 12 days of conflict.
