During the past half term, the Party Committee of the State-owned Enterprise Bloc achieved and exceeded 6/10 targets of the resolution, the remaining targets were achieved at a fairly high level (from 80% and above). Focusing on directing the Party cells and affiliated Party Committees to concretize and effectively implement 6 key tasks and 3 breakthrough tasks of the province. Especially the key task of focusing on building a clean and strong Party Committee and political system; preventing and repelling the degradation of political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the Party Committee in conjunction with implementing the motto of the Provincial Party Committee "Solidarity, Discipline, Action, Creativity, Breakthrough, Development".

The leadership methods, working styles and manners of the Party Committee and Party Committee members have been innovated and improved. The activities of the Party Committee and grassroots Party cells have gradually become more orderly.

Effectively lead and direct the working relationship between the Party Committee and the leadership of agencies, units and enterprises in implementing political tasks and Party building work more and more closely; the majority of grassroots Party organizations have completed the targets and tasks set by the industry and enterprises, contributing to socio-economic development, maintaining national defense and security, political stability, social order and safety and Party building work, and building the political system of the province.

Political and ideological education work has been strengthened. Focusing on innovating methods of organizing learning, thoroughly grasping and implementing Party resolutions, enhancing the application of information technology in organizing learning; seriously organizing political and ideological activities on the content of the works of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong.

Direct and effectively implement Resolution No. 4 of the Central Committee (term XI, XII) and Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW, dated October 25, 2021 of the Central Executive Committee (term XIII) on promoting Party building and rectification and the political system; resolutely prevent, repel, and strictly handle cadres and Party members who have degraded in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, and manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and lifestyle.

The entire Party Committee built and effectively maintained 819 models of studying and following Uncle Ho; 100% of cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees registered with the Party cell to implement the plan of studying and following Uncle Ho, in conjunction with the commitment to self-cultivation, training, striving and implementing the model of "the superiors setting exemplary examples, the subordinates actively following".

The work of organizing and building the Party has achieved important results. Successfully directed the congresses of 304 Party cells under the grassroots Party Committee for the 2022 - 2025 term. Activities of Party committees, Party cells, and grassroots Party Committees have become increasingly regular. Attention has been paid to leading the work of building and managing the Party membership, creating a source of new Party members, exceeding the annual resolution target. After half of the term, 547/700 Party members were admitted (reaching 78.14% of the resolution target for the entire term).

Speaking at the conference, comrade Lam Minh Dang emphasized: The Provincial Party Standing Committee acknowledged and commended the achievements of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Government Offices and Enterprises in the past half term. This result demonstrates the solidarity, efforts and fierce striving of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Government Offices and Enterprises, contributing positively to the overall development of the Provincial Party Committee.

In the remaining half of the term, the Party Executive Committee of the State-owned Enterprise Bloc should focus on leading and directing the effective implementation of the targets and tasks set out in the Resolution of the Party Congress. Deeply aware of its role, position, function, task and importance, it should focus on directing, inspecting and urging the implementation of 06 key tasks and 03 breakthrough tasks of the province, associated with 03 key tasks of the Party Bloc.

Strengthen the leadership role and working relationship between Party committees and the leadership of agencies, units and enterprises in performing the task of Party building with professional, production and business tasks; coordinate well with Party delegations, Party executive committees, leaders of departments, branches, sectors, and socio-political organizations of the province in performing assigned political tasks, especially proactively advising the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee on tasks and solutions to lead, direct and complete the socio-economic development goals and targets of the province for the 2020-2025 term.

Strengthening the leadership capacity, fighting strength of grassroots party organizations and the quality of party members, contributing to building an increasingly clean and strong party organization. Concretizing and effectively implementing the model of "four good party cells" and "four good grassroots party organizations". Continuing to promote the building and development of grassroots party organizations in the non-state sector, especially in foreign-invested enterprises, private enterprises, and non-public service units.

Strengthen leadership and direction to strictly implement the principle of democratic centralism, maintain discipline, order and solidarity within the Party Committee, Party cells and in agencies and units. Continue to innovate and improve the effectiveness of the work of assessing the quality of grassroots Party organizations and Party members, overcome the situation of formalism, deference and avoidance in self-criticism and criticism, assessment and classification of Party members.

Focus on political and ideological education; promptly detect, commend, reward, and promote exemplary party members; at the same time criticize and handle party organizations and party members who violate. Timely detect, fight, and prevent corruption and negativity right from the party cell.

Focus on leading, directing, and promptly supplementing Party committees and Party organizations to lead political tasks. Continue to review and supplement Party committee planning for the 2025-2030 term. Pay attention to training in political theory and professional skills for Party committee members, cadres, and Party members at the grassroots level to improve skills, knowledge, experience, and master Party work skills to perform assigned tasks well.

Thoroughly grasp and strictly implement Party regulations and State laws on the fight against corruption and negativity in agencies, units and enterprises, focusing on promoting the responsibility of leaders and effectively implementing preventive measures among cadres, Party members, civil servants and public employees.

Strengthen the Party's inspection, supervision and disciplinary enforcement work in the direction of "serious inspection, strict supervision, strict discipline" to tighten discipline and order, truly bring about order, quality, effectiveness and efficiency.

Lead and take care of building strong political and social organizations in the bloc, actively participate in Party building work, promote emulation movements to successfully complete the political tasks of the agency and the production and business tasks of the enterprise.

Continue to innovate leadership methods, working methods, and working styles of Party committees and organizations at all levels to ensure substance, efficiency, practicality, and closeness to reality, meeting the requirements of comprehensive Party leadership.

It is known that up to now, 100% of grassroots party committees in the province have completed the mid-term review conference for the 2020-2025 term.
