(DN) - On the evening of May 31, according to information from the Department of Health, the Department has just sent to the People's Committee of Dong Nai province report No. 2912/SYT-ATTP dated May 31, 2025 reporting on the progress of inspection and verification of information on advertising of Nestlé Milo barley milk supplement food products of Nestlé Vietnam Company Limited (Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park, Bien Hoa city).

In this report, the Department of Health stated that during the inspection process, the interdisciplinary inspection team (including the Department of Health; PC03 Department, Provincial Police; Department of Justice; Department of Science and Technology; Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Provincial Market Management Department) focused on clarifying the information reflected and directed by the Department of Food Safety ( Ministry of Health ) on advertising the Nestlé Milo barley milk supplement food product of Nestlé Vietnam Company Limited.

In addition, the inspection team took samples of Nestlé Milo barley milk supplement to evaluate the safety and quality indicators of the product. On May 28, 2025, the Technical Center for Standards, Metrology and Quality 3 returned test results No. KT3-03213BTP5 for the Nestlé Milo barley milk supplement sample. The test results showed that the product had safety and quality indicators consistent with the enterprise's self-declared product profile.
