Awarding 72 prizes for the 2025 Gender Equality Propaganda Contest

(DN) - On the morning of October 12, at Dong Nai Children's House (Tan Trieu ward), the Organizing Committee of the 2025 Gender Equality, Prevention and Response to Gender-Based Violence Propaganda Contest summarized and awarded prizes to the contestants with the highest results.

Speaking at the closing and award ceremony, Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Dong Nai province, Head of the organizing committee of the contest Ha Thanh Tung said: This is the first time the Department of Home Affairs has organized a contest to propagate gender equality, prevent and respond to gender-based violence with the enthusiastic participation of students at all levels in Dong Nai province. The contest contributes to raising awareness, spreading the value of gender equality and equipping knowledge, forming habits for students from when they are still in school; creating conditions and opportunities for girls, women and men to participate and enjoy equality in all areas of social life.

In particular, the high voting results on the Facebook social network of Dong Nai Children's House show that the video clips have strong appeal, spread quickly and received wide attention from students and parents. In just 3 days of voting, the contest achieved more than 53 thousand votes, proving the ability to create a viral effect, affirming the attractiveness of the contest and the effectiveness in propaganda and communication to everyone.

The contest took place from August 18 to September 15 with more than 3,700 entries in 3 sections: Video clip contest; Multiple choice and essay contest; AI painting and composition contest for primary, secondary and high school students in the province.

The jury judged through 3 rounds (qualifying round, semi-final and final) and selected 72 prizes to award, including: 7 first prizes, 14 second prizes, 14 third prizes, 35 consolation prizes and 2 "voting" secondary prizes in all 3 competitions.
